By accessing or using Midnight ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Access requires registration through Discord OAuth. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials and recovery code. You must notify us via our Discord server immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malicious code or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service; impersonate any person or entity; scrape or harvest data in an automated manner; or harass, abuse, or harm any individual.
The Service integrates with Discord, Cloudflare, Telegram, and Roblox. Use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We will not use your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Midnight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time using the deletion feature in the Manage section of your dashboard, which permanently removes all associated data. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
